Ask us about the scheme !

Running the Cardiff 10K this Sunday? 🏃‍♂️

Training gets you to the start line—but recovery matters too. As the season and your training routine change, give your body time to reset.

Train. Recover. Repeat.

Why wait ?

I keep forgetting to ask clients for a review . If you’re of a mind to help promote my little business . I’d appreciate some positivity. Thanks in advance .. 🙂 https://maps.app.goo.gl/Lv6j6jz2t1fhpgF56?g_st=ic

Ask about the Monthly Maintenance Plan .

One thing really struck me this week…

Every client I saw was part of my Monthly Maintenance Scheme.

What I realised is that it’s about so much more than spreading the cost.

When your next appointment is already booked and already paid for…

✔️ You’re far less likely to put yourself last.
✔️ You don’t wait until you’re stiff, stressed or in pain.
✔️ Your body gets regular maintenance instead of emergency repairs.
✔️ You create a healthy habit that becomes part of your routine.

We service our cars every year.
We charge our phones every day.
Yet so many of us wait until our bodies are crying out for help before we do anything.

A monthly massage is your reset button.

An hour to slow down.
An hour to recover.
An hour invested in feeling better for the weeks ahead.

That’s why I created the Monthly Maintenance Scheme.

It’s not about buying massages…
It’s about making your wellbeing a priority.

Your body carries you through every single day.

Maybe it’s time to start looking after it the way it looks after you.

💙 Ask me how the Monthly Maintenance Scheme works.

“Maintain your body before it demands recovery.”
