People who spend a lot time immersed high pressure environments, whether at work or in the home, can feel their energy levels drain very quickly and while stimulants like coffee can sustain their energy levels temporarily, it can only provide a short term boost and eventually they will experience 'burn-out'. This locked up energy is particularly prone to be stored in the back, shoulders and neck.
