The SMT

PRACTICE WHAT YOU PREACH / Self Care Saturday 💆‍♀️🧘‍♀️

I was feeling completely out of alignment lifting weights this week - turns out I couldn’t remember the last time I had a massage.

I can’t explain the benefits to people and not reap the rewards myself now can I!

Turns out my shoulders were rather spicy and some lower back stiffness wasn’t helping. I came out feeling brand new (which is crazy that it almost felt a shock, because I know it works).

Will be making sure I schedule some maintenance for myself in order for it to keep working at its optimum 💪🙌

Next up… taping next week

The first 6 months of the SMT 🙌

Looking back at where it all started, the opportunities I’ve had, friends I’ve made & clients I have met. Thank you for all of your support. I am incredibly grateful for all of it & so glad I chose to take the leap.

Yes I’ve achieved quite a bit in a short space of time, but the fact there’s still so much more to come makes me incredibly excited for what’s next… stay tuned
