What you'll be doing:
☎️ Being the friendly voice people hear when they first call us
🤝 Welcoming clients and building real relationships with them
🗂️ Keeping the diary, payments and care plans running smoothly
🎉 Helping out at community health checks and events

What's in it for you:
💷 £13.45 - £13.98/ hour, with the chance to reach £14.80 in your first year through performance bonuses

The details: part time, 20 hours a week (3 mornings and 1 afternoon/evening, Monday to Saturday, including 1–2 Saturdays a month).

You don't need experience in healthcare. We care more about warmth, a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. Customer service, hospitality or reception experience is a bonus 🙌
