We started with chemical peels, but this wasn’t tolerated well, we tried microneedling, but as she had frequent break outs it was difficult to treat when acne was active and sore…finally we tried the Neo facial 💡

This is the second time I’ve experienced a frozen shoulder 🤦♀️
I blame menopause 🤷♀️

I exercise, I take HRT and I eat a well balanced diet…maybe not so much protein…but I’m trying to increase this
