Do I have to undress completely?
No. You only remove what you feel comfortable removing. You’ll be covered with towels throughout, and only the area being treated will be uncovered.

What should I wear?
Wear something comfortable and easy to change out of. Please don’t worry about shaving, fake tan or what your body looks like—this is a judgement-free space.

Do I have to talk during my treatment?
Not at all. You’re welcome to chat, enjoy the quiet or drift off to sleep. This is your time.

What if I fall asleep or snore?
Please don’t apologise! It usually means you feel safe and relaxed—and I take that as a lovely compliment.

Will the massage hurt?
Massage may feel firm in areas of tension, but it shouldn’t feel unbearable. Please tell me if you’d like more or less pressure at any point.

Which treatment should I choose?
If you’re unsure, message me before booking. Tell me how you’re feeling and what you’d like from your appointment, and I’ll help you choose.

How often should I have a massage?
This depends on your needs, lifestyle and budget. Some clients come regularly, while others book whenever they feel they need time to reset.

Is it normal to feel tender afterwards?
You may occasionally feel slightly tender or tired, especially after work on tense muscles. Drink water, rest and contact me if anything concerns you.

What happens at my first appointment?
We’ll begin with a confidential consultation to discuss your health, preferences and what you’d like from the treatment. You’ll have time to ask questions before we begi

What if I feel nervous?
That’s completely normal. I’ll explain everything, protect your privacy and make sure you feel comfortable throughout. You’re always in control and can ask me to pause or stop at any time.
