Another incredible transformation for the ladies! ๐ฅ ๐ฅ
Katie joined us approximately 12 months ago and has now lost a phenomenal 7 stone! ๐
But itโs about so much more than weight loss ๐ซถ๐ผ

Claire joined our club 12 months ago feeling lethargic, tired and fed up with the way she felt ๐ด ๐ค
Fast-forward a few months and Claire felt like a completely different person. More energy, more confidence and a real change in how she felt within herself. ๐ฅ ๐ฅ
Yes, there has been some weight loss, but the important factor is the reduction in body fat, moving her body more and giving it the right nutrition and support to feel better.
Claire looks amazing, as Iโm sure youโll all agree! ๐
And what makes this journey even more special is that Claire now runs her own club in the Neath area, helping other people achieve their own health and wellness goals.
Claire is a true ambassador for what weโre trying to achieve through our clubs โ helping our local communities become fitter, healthier and feel better in themselves.

Nicky started off with some pad work with John before getting stuck into a bit of sparring with Cres ๐ฅ๐ฅ
It was an absolute pleasure having him down. The young fighters really benefited from his time, and itโs exactly the kind of positive influence we want around the gym ๐คฉ๐คฉ

What an incredible achievement for Jenzen Powell, who has been named Best Junior Boxer in the East Division ๐ฅ ๐ฅ
What an accolade to receive after an outstanding season, winning numerous tournaments, retaining his Welsh Championship title and finishing runner-up at the British Championships. ๐
With the new season just around the corner, Jenzen has set himself some seriously high expectations, and Iโm incredibly excited to see where this season takes him ๐ฅ๐ฅ
ATN Hub has been supporting Jenzen with his nutrition over the last few months, and the results are there for everyone to see. ๐ช
His strength has improved massively, his body composition has completely changed, and his energy levels are through the roof.
The hard work is paying off, and this is only the beginning.

No doubt heโll do us all proud, as he always does. What a talented young man we have coming through the Welsh ranks. His desire, commitment and ambition to one day become a professional boxer are clear for everyone to see and I have no doubt heโll make that dream a reality ๐ฅ ๐ฅ
