I’m really excited to be bringing Relax & Connect to The Cudding Shed in Woodplumpton for an evening of skincare, relaxation and a bit of time just for you. 💚

Tuesday 29th September at 7:15pm

I’ll be taking you through a gorgeous renewing facial that will leave your skin glowing, using some of Tropic’s newest Renew skincare range, including the Renewing Cleanser, Eye Lift and brand new Neck Sculpt, along with some of my other favourites.

You don’t need to know anything about skincare or facials. I’ll talk you through everything and we’ll do it together, so you can simply switch off, enjoy the experience and have some time for yourself. ✨

The evening will be around 90 minutes, with time to relax and enjoy a glass of fizz too. 🥂

Everyone will have their own bamboo face cloth worth £5 to use during the facial and take home afterwards.

£15 per person, including:

All you need to bring is a small bowl, hand towel and something to tie your hair back.

One of my favourite techniques during my holistic facial treatments is the slow, rhythmic circular massage across the centre of the forehead.

This area is close to the Yintang point, which has been used for centuries in Traditional Chinese Medicine to promote relaxation. From a modern perspective, slow, repetitive touch can also help activate the parasympathetic nervous system …often referred to as our “rest and restore” response.

As your nervous system begins to shift out of “fight or flight” mode, you may notice your breathing naturally slows, your jaw softens, your shoulders relax, and your mind becomes quieter. This is why many clients tell me they feel as though they’ve had a complete reset after their treatment.

Holistic therapy isn’t just about looking after your skin or easing tight muscles …it’s about creating the right environment for your body and mind to unwind, recharge and rebalance.
