I’m back from my holiday, feeling refreshed and ready to get back to doing what I love! 🥰

One thing I did while I was away was treat myself to a massage, and honestly, it did me the WORLD of good! 🙌💆‍♀️

It reminded me just how important massage is, not only for relieving muscle tension, aches and pains, but also for taking that much-needed time out for yourself.

Being a massage therapist is physically demanding, and I need to look after my own body to stay fit and able to do my job properly! 💪 We spend so much time looking after everyone else that sometimes we forget to look after ourselves, too!

And let’s be honest, we can’t keep running on stress, caffeine and pure stubbornness forever! 😂☕ Sometimes you just need to switch off, relax and let someone else look after YOU for a change.

So I did it again , the mad rush before going on holiday forgot to let everyone on here know I’m going .. until now being here in Egypt for a solid 3 days 😂 just started to relax and I thought 💭 I better pop on and inform you all!

🖤 I’M BACK… ALTHOUGH, LET’S BE HONEST, I NEVER REALLY LEFT! 😂

So… here I am, finally showing my face on social media again! 🙈

I’ll be completely honest — I’m much better at massage than I am at advertising myself. 😂

Give me a client with a tight back, aching muscles, knots that need working through and tension that needs shifting, and I’m completely in my element.

Put a phone in front of me and tell me to “create engaging social media content”… and suddenly I’m not quite so confident! 😂🤦🏼‍♀️

I’m a very practical person. I like getting stuck in, getting my elbows involved and really working into those muscles. I’m definitely not the type of therapist who just lightly tickles your back for an hour and calls it a deep tissue massage! 😆

When you’re in my treatment room, I’m full-on, focused and hands-on. I love deep tissue work, working through stubborn tension and helping your body feel looser, lighter and more comfortable.

Whether you’re dealing with muscular tension, knots, aches and pains, sports-related tightness, or you simply need some proper time to switch off and look after yourself, I’m here for you.
