Yoga in the park is on every Sunday @9:30am for an hour in Lodmoor park, free for everyone to attend and for all abilities
Join us this Sunday as we walk over to the park and join Park Yoga
Feel free to attend just the dip or just the yoga or both! If you’re coming to yoga remember to bring a towel or yoga mat and a cold drink!

We’ve heard and listened to you love lot who can’t manage the early Sunday mornings but want to come to beach babes! So starting tomorrow we will be having a weekly dip every Thursday evening as well as a Sunday morning 🧜‍♀️🌊☀️🐚🩷

Starting this Sunday, join us on the 3rd Sunday of the month for a post dip event!
Bring your own flask (or cold drink we don’t judge!) and we’ll bring the biscuits and join us post dip for a drink and a catch up!
We will always bring biscuits or other treats but feel free to bring treats too!

Join us to celebrate this months full moon 🌛💫✨
Meeting @8:30pm in the evening we will start with some guided meditation 🧘‍♀️
Moving on to some journal prompts exploring personal progress, letting go of bad habits and celebrating achievements 📖
And to finish off with a sea dip under the stars ✨🌊
