Not all hero’s wear capes.. but they can deliver 216 ice lollies to their daughters school on a very hot Friday afternoon 🦸😍🥰

I wasn’t going to post this as it was done simply for spreading joy to everyone at Feebs school but talking to my bestie today she reminded me how nice it is just to be a lovely human!

Earlier this week Feebs was telling me how much joy she had when school gave them ice lollies on Tuesday 🥰 I said someone must have paid for that as a real treat..roll forward to Friday while I did mums lashes and I discovered it was Penwortham Primary School’s PTFA 👏🏻

I felt INSPIRED 😍 I wanted to spread joy..so with an early finish, I set off to Tesco..grabbed 216 Rocket 🚀 lollies.. the dude who helped me from Tesco was wonderful! ..& the other dude that helped me to my car was very much appreciated too..as I headed back to the car I saw it was 34.5’c…I also discovered with my impulsive personality I didn’t actually have a joined up plan of how to get these to school still in frozen form 🤔 ! So I flew home threw them in my two chest freezers and primed two large cool boxes having grabbed one from mum & dads too..I rang school and got the go ahead for after lunch!

Tony and I emptied all 27 boxes of lollies in the the two cool boxes to try make them fit..I hadn’t considered how large the volume actually was(!) we drove to school & handed them over with a message to simply ENJOY! ☺️
.Feebs called me Friday night from her dads to say THANK YOU! ☺️ the joy and delight she & her friends experienced when the ice lollies were delivered to each class was PRICELESS 🥰 she said she was asked to describe her mum in one word, she answered “AMAZING!” And she spent the afternoon with people thanking her, two friends said they saved their lives they were that hot! 🤣

So hopefully this post inspires you to simply SPREAD JOY 💚💜 ..it’s the bestest of feelings ✌🏻🫶🏻🩷

🚘 Car Parking Notice 🚘

** just a little polite notice..scaffolding has gone up at the back of the salon & near to Laura’s IRIS hair’s door, & its estimated to be there for the full week, ending 16th January**

We’ve been told they’ll be using the car parking bay closest to the salon, Bay 1 1️⃣ so please keep to bays 2 & 3 & 4…2️⃣3️⃣4️⃣ noting the far end bay near the garages is the upstairs flat Tennants space so please keep that free as normal! 🙏🏻🫶🏻
