If it’s your first time getting dermal fillers, the biggest thing is choosing a qualified injector and going in with realistic expectations. A subtle result usually looks better than “trying to fix everything” in one appointment. A tiny amount can make a surprisingly noticeable difference once swelling settles.

* Start conservatively

* Don’t chase dramatic before/after photos
* Plan it at least 2 weeks before any big event, this is due to bruising and swelling that can occur during treatment.
