Originally trained at the most reputable salon in Rochdale, gaining a very high standard of work & customer care which is our priority to maintain to this day. ❌Important Customer Notice Please Read
Due to us being a small business & what a big impact it has on us weekly with people not turning up or last minute cancellations we have had no option but to implement a new policy regarding appointments
📌 48hrs notice is needed to cancel or rearrange appointments otherwise a 50% charge of the service booked will be required
📌anyone that does not show up to an appointment a 100% charge of the service booked will be required
📌 anyone that turns up late for their appointment resulting in not being able to carry out the service or full service booked a 100% charge will be required
We fully appreciate all our clients, old & new custom & continued support over the years, so we hope you can understand & appreciate the reasons for doing this & be mindful of their upcoming appointments much love & thanks
