Hidden Paradise

Feeling like everything’s piling up a bit? ❤️

Sometimes an hour to yourself can make all the difference.

Switch off, let your shoulders drop and leave the outside world outside for a little while.

Take time for you.

Hello October 🍂❤️

A little reminder as we start a new month…
breathe, slow down and make a little time for yourself too.

You don’t have to do everything at once. ❤️

Take time for you.

A little space to switch off from everything for a while ❤️
No rushing. No pressure. Just time to relax, restore and reconnect.

Take a little time for yourself.

We spend so much time rushing, thinking, planning and trying to get everything done… sometimes you just need permission to stop for a little while ❤️

Switch off. Let your shoulders drop. And just be.
Take time for you.

🍂 OCTOBER AT HIDDEN PARADISE 🍂

The cosier days are coming, so I’ve put together a few lovely October treatments for you ❤️

Whether you fancy switching off with a relaxing Swedish massage, warming up with Hot Stones, or you need something a little deeper — there’s something for you.

And because so many of you love your longer treatments, I’ve included two 105-minute options too 🥰

October only • Limited availability

Have a little look and if one has your name on it, just pop me a message ❤️

This really is why I love what I do ❤️

It isn’t just about the massage.
It’s getting to know the person who walks through my door.

Knowing when you need a chat and a giggle, and when you just need some peace and quiet.

It’s seeing you come back, hearing that you feel comfortable here, and knowing you’ve trusted me to look after you.

Hidden Paradise has become so much more than I ever imagined when I started.

And I really do bloody love my job ❤️

And I’m backkkk 😂🖤❤️

Batteries recharged, kettle back on ☕️ and ready to see you lovely lot again.

Had a lovely little break, but I’m looking forward to getting back into my cosy room and seeing all your faces. ❤️

Right then… who needs sorting out? 😂

Little holiday note ❤️

If you’ve sent me a message and I’ve not replied yet, I’m not being rude, I promise 😂

I’m just taking a little time out, enjoying my holiday and actually switching my work head off for a few days 😎☀️

I can see I’ve got a few messages waiting for me and I will get back to everyone — I’m just leaving them there for now while I enjoy some proper time off.

Thank you for being patient with me ❤️
