I just want to understand why I’ve been removed from the group.

I told you from the start that I was selling bag charms, and I’ve never sold or promoted anything in your group. All of my customers come from TikTok, Instagram, friend suggestions, or my own page.

The first person who messaged me about bag charms was C S, and my friend L H came to you because I personally recommended you. If my intention had been to be sly, I could have gone on your page and messaged people directly — but I didn’t, because that’s not how I work.

You also have a lot of sellers on your page, and people naturally recommend friends to one another. That doesn’t mean customers are being taken or poached.

I came to you first and was open about what I was doing, so I feel it’s only fair that you hear it directly from me rather than through assumptions. I’ve spent my own money on your stock, which I wouldn’t have done if I was being dishonest.

I wasn’t brought up to steal or to act unfairly, and I honestly don’t feel I’ve done anything wrong here. I haven’t taken your customers, and I don’t believe it’s right to judge someone as dishonest without proof.

I’m happy to talk this through, but I do want to be clear that I’ve done nothing intentionally wrong. Also, can you please clarify whether all of the people involved are your personal friends, or whether they are also members of other sellers’ groups? I think that context is important, as many people are part of multiple groups and are often recommended to different sellers.

I’ve known B D for several years. She was a customer of mine when I had my beauty salon and she’s now a customer of yours. I’m not complaining about that at all — people are free to shop wherever they choose.

Also, L H asked where I got my Speedy bag from. I told her it was from Chan, and she then joined your group and spent money there.

On your page, it states that you don’t mind other sellers buying from you and selling on to make a profit. Even on your page you continue to repeat the same message.

I’d just ask that you’re mindful and take the time to listen and get proof before making judgments. Not everyone is deceitful, and I believe it’s important to be fair to honest people.

I know what actual poaching looks like. When I had my beauty salon, I built my customer base from scratch over three years. I then had a nail tech working with me who was secretly writing down my customers’ names with the intention of taking them. I found out, and I dismissed her immediately. She later rented a room and actively tried to take my clients — that was stealing and dishonest, and it directly affected my livelihood.

That situation is very different from this.

This is not my main job, and it’s not yours either. This is a side business — extra money and a bit of enjoyment. People naturally move between sellers, recommend friends, and buy where they choose. That isn’t poaching.

I don’t take life as seriously as I once did, and I’m not upset or trying to cause trouble. I just want fairness and understanding, because intent matters — and mine has never been dishonest.

I’ve also been tagged in groups by some of your friends from your group to share their pages — so it might be worth considering that as well.

Sellers ask you to share their pages so they can reach more people and gain more customers — it’s standard practice and something you also do yourself. That’s how social selling works

It’s comical I received her friend request just after you put your status up on the group why has she sent me a friend request when she has already joined my group. Dee Nelson is not a friend of mine and wouldn’t be added to my Facebook page its my personal page for my friends only it was previously created when I had my beauty salon this page was created 20 years ago when I had my beauty salon.

These people are friend suggestions added to my what’s app group.
Not just your customers they are on several groups they are free to join or decline.
I don’t see what the issue is here!

I had to wait 2 weeks in December for my Parcel even though you recieved full postage £5.95 from Me Royal mail stated full postage was not paid.
