Have you watched the Substack Live I did with poet celebrating the start of summer?
For each poem Katie read I made a drawing in 1-2 minutes with a local wildflower using graphite pencil, watercolours, elderberry ink and walnut ink.
We also talked about grief and love, living the life you desire and the world needs even during the climate crises and where we feel most inspired.
Search "We Are Stardust" on Substack or find the link in my bio.
🌻 And if you're ready to go deeper getting to know your local wildflower meadows this summer, the doors to my signature group programme Rewild Your Soul are opening soon - sign up to the waitlist by commenting "joy" below.

Wild journalling isn't art journalling or nature journalling. Wild journalling is where you draw with nature. Think berry inks, mud paint, feather brushes.
Drawing with nature invites you to loosen up and release the perfectionism that is trying to keep you safe.
Because when wild journalling it's not just your hand making the mark, it's also the twig or the grass or the wind. It's playful and joyful and messy.
And there's no way to get it “wrong”.
This is wild journalling and you can try it right now!
Because it’s not just your hand making the mark, it's also the twig or the grass or the wind. It's playful and joyful and messy. And there's no way to get it “wrong”.
This is wild journalling - try one of these 5 ideas and let me know how you found it.
And if you want to make wild journalling a part of your nature connection or art practice, you will love the Your Wild Journal course where you'll tart a nurturing wild journalling practice in 7 steps and find peace, wonder and playful creativity in nature.
Usually self-packed this month I'll be running a live round from 13-20 May 2026 so you can get your journal set up and be guided through your first entry with my support and the encouragement of wild journallers from around the world.
