✨ Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) uses gentle, light, rhythmic movements to support your body's natural lymphatic system, helping to reduce swelling, fluid retention and encourage drainage.

✨ Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage (BLD) uses firmer, more sculpting techniques to stimulate lymphatic flow while creating more visible contouring and definition.

💛 Post-operative lymphatic drainage is completely different again. It requires additional specialist qualifications, separate insurance, and advanced knowledge to safely support healing after surgery.

Not every therapist is trained in every technique.

Choose a therapist with the correct qualifications, experience and insurance for the treatment you need. Your body deserves safe, knowledgeable care. 🤍
