💕 A little bit about me… It’s been a while since I introduced myself 🌻

So, who’s the girl behind Nurturing Recovery? 👋🏼

I’m Leonnie — massage therapist, muscle untangler and professional knot hunter 😂💆🏼‍♀️

I’ve been in the massage world for 10+ years but more recently have been mobile since this year, and I genuinely love helping people feel better in their bodies. There’s nothing more satisfying than taking someone from “everything hurts” to “OMG, I feel human again!” 😂

When I’m not working, I’m probably drinking coffee ☕️, spending time with family, binge watching Netflix .. or more recently - wedding DIY 💍

I’m a big believer that looking after yourself shouldn’t feel like a luxury — sometimes you just need to put yourself first, switch off and let someone else take care of you for an hour 🤍

At Nurturing Recovery it’s not just about your body, but also about your mind, it’s a safe space to express yourself and all whilst also in the comfort of your own home 🏡

And yes… I will absolutely tell you when your shoulders are basically living in your ears. 😂

✨ October 16th — 9am & 1pm
✨ October 17th — 10am & 12pm

💍 Extra dates & times have been added as from October 18th – November 1st I head off for my wedding and honeymoon! ✈️💛

🕐 1:00pm – Suitable for a 30-minute or 45-minute massage

🌙 Availability between 7:00pm and 9:00pm – Ideal for a 1-hour massage.
