Following your treatment, your skin is in a temporary healing phase. Exposure to excessive heat can increase inflammation, swelling and redness, and may affect your final results.

For the first 24–48 hours, avoid:

• Saunas and steam rooms
• Sunbeds and prolonged sun exposure
• Intense exercise that causes excessive sweating
