✨🤍 A LITTLE INTRODUCTION… THE FACE BEHIND BEAUTIQUE HAIR EXTENSIONS 🤍✨

Behind every set of beautiful hair extensions is a girl who absolutely loves what she does… and a little sausage dog called Reginald! 🐾😂

For those who don’t know me, I’m Gem!

This coming February marks 12 years in the hair extension industry, and I can genuinely say I’m just as passionate about my career today as I was when I first started.

Hair extensions are my full-time business, and alongside fitting them, I also supply my own hair brand to salons and fellow extensionists, as well as offering professional training.

But my job has always been about so much more than just beautiful hair. 🤍

Over the years, I’ve had the pleasure of getting to know hundreds of lovely clients. We laugh, we chat, we put the world to rights, and sometimes I think I’m as much a therapist as I am a hair extensionist! 😂

Outside of work, I’m a busy mum of three, with a lovely husband, three cats and, of course, Reginald, who you can see here enjoying life! 🐾

I’m incredibly proud of the business I’ve built over the years. It takes a lot of hard work, dedication and long hours, but I wouldn’t change what I do.

To every client who has supported me, recommended me, returned to me year after year or simply trusted me with their hair, thank you. It genuinely means more than you know.

Beautiful hair is my passion, but the relationships I’ve built along the way are what make my job so special. 🤍

💕✨ A LITTLE UPDATE FOR ALL MY LOVELY CLIENTS ✨💕

As we head towards the busiest time of the year, I just wanted to kindly ask everyone to book their appointments in advance from now through to December. 🎄

After many years of working incredibly long days, often finishing as late as midnight, I’ve decided it’s time to make a few changes to my working hours.

I absolutely love what I do, and I’m so grateful to have such wonderful, loyal clients. However, I’ve come to realise just how important it is to find a better balance between running my business and spending precious time with my family. 💗

This Christmas, I won’t be working until midnight or extending my days to squeeze in last-minute appointments. 🥰

I’ll still be working hard to accommodate everyone, but my appointment availability will be more limited than usual.

I would hate for anyone to miss out, particularly in the run-up to Christmas, but once my appointments are filled, I unfortunately won’t be able to add extra hours.

Thank you for keeping me so busy year after year and for your continued support. I’m incredibly lucky to have the clients I do, and I really appreciate your understanding as I make these little changes.
