Our monthly Wellness Evening at Starz is back so if life has been feeling a bit full-on lately, this could be exactly what you need.

90 minutes to completely switch off.

We'll begin with a gentle aura cleanse to help you let go of the day, followed by a deeply relaxing Reiki infused meditation to help you Relax and Reset.

We finish with a herbal tea and a little time to simply just be ☕️

No experience needed.
No pressure.
No expectations.

After our first Ecstatic Dance night we couldn't wait to book the next one!

Michelle from Soulistics will guide us through an uplifting Ecstatic Dance session followed by our usual aura cleanse, Reiki infused meditation and herbal teas to help you slow down and leave feeling relaxed.

No dance experience needed.
No routines to learn.
No pressure.
Just a space to let go, Release and Relax.

Morning everyone.

Every week I set aside at least half an hour to offer a free Reiki session to someone who I feel could really benefit from a bit of time to Rest, Reset and be looked after.

You might feel numb, disconnected or like you're just getting through the day.

That's not because you're broken.
It's your body's way of protecting you.
