What a Beautiful Experience

I had the most incredible experience today with Kristene Wilde, and I honestly came away feeling completely uplifted. 🤍

The Reiki and spiritual reading were just beautiful. There are some experiences that are difficult to put into words , you simply have to feel them and today was one of those moments.

The energy, the connection and the messages that came through absolutely blew me away. I felt such a sense of peace, clarity and alignment afterwards.

I truly believe we meet certain people at exactly the right point on our journey, and today felt like one of those beautiful reminders that energy never lies and we are always being guided when we are open enough to receive.

As a wellbeing studio, one of the things I love most is seeing people leave feeling lighter than when they arrived.

That's exactly what happened after the first Midlife, Unfiltered evening with Vicky Drake.

Women who had arrived as strangers were chatting, sharing experiences and realising they weren't the only ones feeling the way they did.

There was such a genuine sense of connection in the room.

That's why I'm so pleased we're making it a monthly event here at Inside Out.

This month's conversation will be centered around a common question women ask at this stage of life, Who Am I Now? And to start the journey to Finding Yourself Again

If you've been feeling like you've lost yourself somewhere along the way, this is a safe, welcoming space to pause, reflect and reconnect.

No pressure, judgement or need to have everything figured out.

Just real conversations with other women who understand.

This is more than a position it’s an opportunity to become part of a community dedicated to healing, connection and helping others transform their wellbeing from the inside out.

We’re seeking an experienced therapist who offers:

🤍 Guided Meditation
🤍 Holistic Massage Therapies

We’re looking for someone who embodies authenticity, compassion and professionalism, with a genuine passion for supporting others. Our ideal therapist is confident working independently, aligns with our values and is available to work flexibly, including some evenings and weekends.
