I have something exciting to announce 🤗

I am now based a few days a week at the amazing The Health Sanctuary 💚 based in Seaham due to open next week! I will be offering my advanced masseuse skills and offering 1 hour and 1.5 hour sports and wellbeing massages.

I will also still be offering massages at home.

As many of you know, being an ex-England cricketer I know the anatomy of the body and how the muscles work, and what they need in order to recover. Massage has a huge positive impact on the general wellbeing of a person and it’s important to regular massages for general health.

I wanted to introduce myself as the founder of TRT North East based at my clinic, The Health Sanctuary 🌿

My name is Melanie, and I have been a qualified Nurse for over 16 years now, working predominantly in a GP Surgery for most of my NHS career.

Many people, especially men, don't understand the impact low T can have on men's mental and physical wellbeing. That's where our clinic steps in.

The doors open May 2026, and we will be offering thorough confidential consultations, extensive blood testing and personalised treatment plans based on your results.

TRT North East aims to help support men in feeling themselves again, giving back their mojo and supporting them holistically, ethically and therapeutically, using the most advanced private laboratories for testing and links with the lead consultants of TRT based in Harley Street TRT Clinic in London ♂️ to bring gold-standard TRT care to the North East.

Opening Spring 2026 ♂️

I have been working with to be able to offer a confidential and friendly clinic where men around the North East, and further afar, can book a 1-to-1 appointment with our NMC registered Nurses who are trained in the most advanced, safe and evidence-based testosterone replacement therapy in the UK.

I have trained with the team in London and I am pleased to announce that as of late Spring 2026 our clinic doors will be open at and we can't wait to get started 💙
