🧠 Kinesiology Myths, Busted
Let's clear up a few things we hear from time to time...
❌ "It's just pseudoscience."
✅ Kinesiology draws on the nervous system's very real feedback loops — muscle response is influenced by stress, tension, and physiological state. It's not magic, it's the body communicating in a language most of us were never taught to read.
❌ "It's only for physical injuries."
✅ Kinesiology is just as often used for stress, emotional overwhelm, low energy, or the sense that "something's off" that no test can pinpoint. The body holds far more than muscles and joints.
❌ "You have to believe in it for it to work."
✅ Plenty of sceptical clients have walked in curious (or downright doubtful) and walked out surprised. The body responds whether or not the mind has made its verdict yet.
❌ "It's a replacement for medical treatment."
✅ It isn't, and no good practitioner will ever tell you it is. Kinesiology works alongside conventional care — supporting the body's own capacity, not replacing diagnosis or treatment.
❌ "One session and you're 'fixed.'"
✅ Than CAN and DOES happen but like most meaningful work, it's a process. The body often needs a few sessions to properly integrate change — real support isn't a quick fix, it's a relationship.

And just like that, the angelic realm affirmed my sofa shaped day… 😂
I have been excellent so far today at completely ignoring all the “shoulds” and doing b***ger all because that’s exactly what I felt I needed!
❤️
Happy weekend, friends!
Archangel Raphael says, “Rest is important for you right now. You are experiencing tremendous growth and that can strain your physical body. Spend your weekend connecting with high energy in all its forms and allow yourself the rest that you deserve - very soon, good things will be coming your way!”
Much love,
Peroshini

Changing a habit or diet — even when we know it isn't serving us — can be genuinely hard.
You might feel a bit uncomfortable if your Kinesiologist suggests a change. But know this: they've totally got you. They have real support to offer, like EFT, Bach Flower remedies, positive affirmations, supplements, and the balancing techniques themselves.
All of these help support change in a way that feels comfortable for you.

Always a handy tip this time of year!
✨ CHRISTMAS KINESIOLOGY HEALTH TIP ✨
Over the Christmas holidays, it’s easy to over-indulge — especially with sugar. Too much sugar can place extra stress on the immune system, and cravings can sometimes linger longer than we’d like.
To gently support the body as we ease back into balance, some people find the following helpful:
• Liquorice root, which is naturally rich in chromium and may support sugar cravings
• Nopal, a cactus traditionally used to help balance excess sugar and fat in the blood
(If you’re on medication, it’s always wise to check with your doctor first.)
You can also support blood sugar balance with a simple kinesiology technique:
🔹 Front points
Locate a small dip between the ribs on the side of your body, a few inches below the breast or pectoral crease. If unsure, gently explore until you find a slightly tender spot. Rub 4–6 times on each side, using a comfortable level of pressure, and notice it gradually soften.
🔹 Back points
These can be harder to reach on your own. You can use the back of your knuckles or ask someone to help by gently rubbing the corresponding points on your back.
If this resonates with you, trying it may feel both balancing and empowering — a gentle way to support your body after indulgence and ease cravings as you move forward.
