Unfortunately, I’ve had 3 no-shows today, all without a single message or any notice. Not only has this left me out of pocket, but I’ve also had to turn other clients away because those appointment slots were booked.

Just a reminder to all clients that my 50% charge for no-shows and cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice is already in place and will continue to be enforced.

I completely understand that emergencies happen, and if you let me know as soon as possible, I’ll always do my best to be understanding. But not turning up without any communication simply isn’t fair on me or on clients who could have taken those appointments.
