✨ TOP TANNING TIP ✨

What you wear AFTER your spray tan really does matter! 🤎

Once that fresh tan has been applied, we want as little rubbing and skin-to-skin contact as possible while your tan is developing.

My recommendation is always:

🤎 Long, loose-fitting PJs
🤎 Long sleeves + long bottoms
🤎 Flip flops
🤎 Nothing tight around the waist, ankles or straps

And YES… even when it’s absolutely BOILING outside 🥵😂 unfortunately we still need to cover up!

Bare legs touching together, arms resting against your body and tight clothing can all interfere with your developing tan and potentially cause marks.

Those first few hours after your appointment are just as important as your prep beforehand — look after your tan and it will look after you! ✨

Tuesday’s Bridal Tanning Tip 👰‍♀️🤍✨

If you’ve had a bridal consultation with me, you’ll know I give you LOTS of little tips to help you get the very best from your bridal tan! 🥰

One of my biggest tips is to try your tan against WHITE. 🤍

On day 2 or day 3 after your consultation tan — ideally the same day your tan would fall in relation to your wedding — pop on a white top and take some photos in different lighting. 📸

Natural daylight, indoors, outside, morning and evening… you might be surprised at just how different your tan can look!

Lighting can massively affect the way your tan appears in photographs, which is why I always tell my brides not to judge their shade from one photo or one type of lighting.

Your bridal consultation isn’t just about having a spray tan — it’s about finding the perfect tone AND depth for you, so you feel completely confident with your glow on your wedding day. 👰‍♀️✨
