Important Update Regarding My Hours & Bookings 🤍

Hello everyone! Due to some recent childcare changes, my working hours will be changing starting the week commencing 21st September.

🗓️ Schedule Changes:

Wednesdays: Evening appointments will no longer be available.

Thursdays: My late-night shift is moving to Friday late nights.

Saturdays: Still remains 1 in 3 but I have extended my hours to 8am – 4pm to open up more weekend availability for you.

I am truly sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, and I appreciate your understanding as I balance work and family life.

💅 Current Bookings:

Existing Wednesday evening appointments will still stand.

If you have a Thursday evening appointment, I am currently in the process of moving you over to Friday. I will be in touch shortly to confirm! [1]

📱 App Booking & New Clients:

My books are currently closed to new clients so I can prioritize my lovely regulars.

Because my schedule fills up quickly behind the scenes, I kindly ask all regular clients to download the Booksy app. It is incredibly easy to use, and I am more than happy to help you set it up at your next appointment.

Because my books are closed to the public, I will need to send you a private link to grant you access to my schedule.

Morning everyone!

Just like that 2 weeks have flown by.. i am back in the salon today after an amazing time away.

This week is extremely busy, 6 days and a lot of late nights. If we can try have inspo pics picked out before hand and just be aware of the timings of appointments, no complex designs etc if we don't have the time booked out, this will help my days run smoothly.

First, I want to say a massive thank you to the vast majority of my clients who are always so reliable. I appreciate you all more than you know! ❤️ This message is only directed at a small number of recent instances, but it is an important update for everyone moving forward.

As a small business owner, this work is my sole income. It pays my bills, restocks my supplies, and covers my taxes. This week, last-minute changes and missed slots have had a really heavy financial impact on my livelihood, which I simply cannot absorb.

To protect my business, I am enforcing a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. Moving forward, any appointments missed or changed within 24 hours of the start time will be charged at the full price of the service.

The next few weeks are incredibly busy, and I am working extra hours away from home to fit as many of you in as possible before my holiday. 🗓️ I will be away from 12th July and returning on 27th July.

Please use the online booking system to check availability or to make any necessary changes to your appointments.
