✨ A Little Salon Update ✨

To all of my lovely clients,

Firstly, I just want to say thank you so much for your continued support, it truly means the world to me. ❤️

Unfortunately, due to an increasing number of last-minute cancellations and no-shows, I have had to make a change to my booking policy.

As this business is my only source of income, when appointments are cancelled at short notice, it’s often too late to fill that space. Like everyone else, I still have bills, products, and business costs to cover.

From now on, if an appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, a cancellation fee will apply, or a deposit will be required before booking your next appointment.

I completely understand that genuine emergencies can happen, and I will always do my best to be fair and understanding where possible.

This isn’t a decision I’ve made lightly, but it’s something I need to do to help protect my business and ensure I can continue providing the best service for all of my wonderful clients.
