If you are a dark- skinned girlie or even just somebody prone to pigmentation, I cannot stress enough that you must use a tyrosinase inhibitor for at least 2 weeks before a micro-needling session and stop 3-5 days before.

Examples of tyrosinase inhibitors:

Alpha arbutin
Kojic acid
Cysteamine
Thiamidol
