REST therapy

I’ve had such a lovely day at Sheffield Carers Service Crossroads Care Charity Wellbeing Day. Thank you for inviting me. It’s so important as a carer to have time for yourself but not always easy. Pleased people could have a little time out and have a massage with me today.

Giving massages to carers always brings me so much joy. It has been lovely to meet you all and thank you for your kind words after your massage. It’s good to hear how much you enjoyed it. You are doing an amazing job 🥰

It’s been lovely to have time away to rest and recharge. I’m looking forward to what this year brings and seeing you at Rest therapy. I hope your year is full of joy, love, strength and rest x
