Sometimes all you need is your hands, your heart, and the courage to step outside your comfort zone.

You might surprise yourself with how far you can go.

One of my favourite little moments from the workshop.

I used a Chinese finger trap to explore a simple idea: sometimes, the more force we use, the more resistance we meet.

I love finding simple ways to make people feel an idea rather than just listen to me explain it.

A small toy, but a lovely reminder that in massage, more force is not always the answer.

It doesn’t happen every day that you receive such an honour on the stage of the World Massage Championship.

What an incredible weekend this has been. So much support, so many beautiful moments, and people around me who made it even more special.

Ten years ago, I wouldn’t have even dared to imagine myself standing here today.

Not because I didn’t have dreams, but because this life felt far too big to dream about.

And yet, here I am.

Receiving my Advanced Massage Teacher qualification on this stage is a moment I will carry with me for the rest of my life .

And somehow, my first one happened at the World Massage Championship.

I won’t pretend I wasn’t nervous. Standing in front of other massage therapists from around the world and sharing not just techniques, but the way I genuinely work, was a big step for me.

I didn’t want to put on a show or teach something impressive just for the stage. I wanted to stay true to myself and share how I work every day: observe, adapt, listen, and work with the body rather than force it.

A very special first workshop, and hopefully the beginning of something new. 💜

A few years ago, I came to the World Massage Championship as a competitor with no idea where this journey would take me.

This time, I was standing on that stage in a completely different role.

This was a big moment in my life. One of those moments when, for a few seconds, you realise how far you’ve come.

And hearing these words while simply doing what I love made it even more special.
