Go to this. Our Susan says it's great. And, it's free. Even better.

If you're reading this from the sofa with the telly on and one eye on your phone, hello 👋, we see you, and we say that with love.

Sunday night is exactly when everyone decides this will be the week they finally do something for themselves, and by Tuesday it has quietly slipped away.

👉 So here's a small, easy one to hang that good intention on: beginners Pilates, Wednesday evening. It's a friendly little class for people starting from scratch, so you don't need to be flexible, you don't need to know what anything is called, and nobody will be watching you from the next mat because they'll be too busy working out which way round their own feet go.

Book it now while you're feeling optimistic, and let future you deal with the sofa. Click the link in comments or bio, fill it on and we'll call you to book you in. No hard sell, bring your daft questions, easy as pie.

And we love Pie. And Lattes.

❓Thinking about training as a massage therapist but not sure it's for you? Swipe through for answers to the questions we get asked most, from whether you need a beauty course first (you don't) to payment plans, exams and fitting it around work and family.

📞 Our Level 4 Professional Holistic Massage Diploma runs for a year at Hands on Health Academy in Hillsborough, Sheffield, and if your question isn't covered, message us or pop in for a chat and we'll tell you whether it's right for you, even if the answer turns out to be no.

Book Swap - this Tuesday, 6th October

Every book deserves a good home, so bring along the ones you've finished with and swap them for something new to get stuck into.

If you've no books to bring, just bring yourself and choose as many as you like. Anything left at the end will go to charity, so no book gets left behind!
