Two years ago, I made one of the scariest decisions of my life.

I walked away from my salon and started working from home.

At the time, I had no idea if it would work. I worried about losing clients, losing income, and whether I was making a huge mistake.

But I knew one thing: I wanted more freedom, more flexibility, less overheads and of course the choice became less of a choice when a house which was fully adapted for my daughter become available and we had to leave and start over.

The beginning wasn't easy. There were long days, self-doubt, and plenty of challenges. But every obstacle taught me something valuable.

Fast forward two years, and I can honestly say it was the best decision I ever made.

I've built stronger relationships with my clients, created a space I love working in, and gained a work-life balance I never thought possible.

If you're sitting on a decision that scares you, this is your reminder that growth often starts outside your comfort zone.

Sometimes the biggest risk is staying where you are.
