💕CANCELLATION/BOOKING/REFUND POLICY💕

We operate a 48 hour cancellation policy. This ensures we can offer the slot to another client and enable us enough time to perform a skin test etc.

⭐️If you fail to give 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment unfortunately there will now be a cancellation fee of £10. If the fee remains unpaid your next appointment will be full payment upfront.

⭐️If you fail to attend with no notice your next appointment will only be booked on a prepay only basis and a fee of 50% of your missed appointment will also be charged.

Unfortunately whatever the circumstances that brings you to cancelling or failing to show to your appointment we cannot wavier this charge for ANYONE.

⭐️If you cancel consecutive appointments you will automatically be placed on our deposit list for future appointments. If you frequently cancel your appointment with or without notice you will be booked only on a prepay basis. We reserve the right to charge up to 50% of your cancelled appointment to rebook any future appointments.

⭐️Weddings/group bookings/party’s will be subject to a minimum £50 booking fee to hold the date. Balance to be paid 4 weeks before the booking. Cancellation up to 4 weeks before result in loss of booking fee. Up to 14 days before loss of deposit plus £10 per person fee. Less than 14 days loss of full amount of booking.

Please be courteous to us as a business and as individuals, this is our job it pays our bills and feeds our children. Every cancellation or no show affects us massively as a business and as family’s. Therefore we hope you understand our need to implement these charges. Thank you to those of you that do attend and cancel within the time frames we ask.

REFUNDS
The salon operates a rectify not refund policy should you be unhappy with any of our services. Of course we are always happy to help sort any problems you may incur please contact us should there ever be any issues
