“I don’t want my top lip to disappear when I smile.”
This was the main concern for this lovely patient during her consultation.
Our goal wasn’t to create a different lip - it was to restore balance and definition while keeping everything in proportion.
We started with a small amount of lip filler to gently define the border, enhance the Cupid’s bow and add subtle volume to both the top and bottom lip.
Aesthetic treatments are often a process, and sometimes, the result you’re looking for is built gradually over time. Taking a considered approach means we can make refinements that still feel completely you.

Please note: these images were taken immediately after treatment, so some initial swelling is present. This will naturally settle as the lips heal, and the final result develops over time.

You don't need to do everything to feel like you're doing enough.
Maybe your goal is to feel more put together day to day without adding more time to your routine.

It's less about doing more, and more about being intentional with what you choose.

“Less is more” definitely has its place when it comes to filler. It’s often what keeps the result looking believable.
Sometimes, that means building the result gradually over more than one appointment, rather than trying to achieve everything in a single treatment.
It gives the face time to settle, allows us to reassess, and helps keep the result balanced rather than overdone.
It’s about bringing a little more balance and harmony to the face, rather than creating an obvious change 🤍
If someone can tell you’ve had lip filler, that wasn't the brief.
She wanted a little more shape. A little more balance. Still soft. Still natural.
When I'm assessing lips, it's not simply about adding volume. I'm also looking at proportion - including the relationship between the upper and lower lip, where the lower lip is often slightly fuller.
However there’s no "one size fits all". The aim is to work with the face in front of you and create a result which looks believable on her.
That's why I put so much focus on my consultations. “Natural” means something different to everyone, so listening matters just as much as technique.
