Hi everyone,

Just a quick note to let you know that from 1st May 2026, there will be a small increase to some of my service prices.

This isn’t something I’ve wanted to do, but due to a recent rise in my rent and running costs, it’s become necessary to keep everything running smoothly and continue giving you the best service possible.

I’ve kept the increase as minimal as i can, and as always, I’m committed to making sure you leave feeling your absolute best ✨

A quick note on cancellations:

As a small business, missed appointments have a big impact on me. I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Appointments cancelled last minute or missed will require 50% of the service cost to be paid before a new appointment can be booked.

INCREASE IN PRICES PLEASE READ!!

Unfortunately I hate having to do this to you all as I know we are all struggling with the price of everyday living costs rising, but this also means the price of the hair industry has had a massive impact and as I’m a small business I’ve got no choice but to increase my prices which haven’t been changed much at all in the last 6 years, but please don’t panic it won’t be by much each service will increase by £3 mainly to help me with the price rise of stock as that has increased too. Also due to amount of last minute cancellations and no shows I have decided to add a small service charge onto the next appointment if the appointment is cancelled within less then 24 hours, Also can I add that payments need to be paid at the end of the service before existing the building as it’s extremely uncomfortable for me to ask for payment in a few days time, I’m really sorry for the inconvenience of this outcome and I have tried holding off as long as I could I hope you all understand. Increased prices will start from Monday 7th April, I’m very grateful for all of you and I’m thankful that you have supported me this far. Much love Rachel x
