Next month, I am hosting a Reiki Share at my salon space and it is open to all certified level reiki practitioners.

A Reiki share allows practitioners to come together to exchange reiki healing in a safe and supportive environment 🤲✨

Join Sarah for first meeting of the Shrewsbury FHT Local Support Group! Sarah is the proud owner of Sarah Bailey Beauty & Holistics. For over two decades she has been supporting women with their wellbeing and self-care journeys.

Sarah says, ‘I know how isolating it can be working as a lone worker. Therefore, I’m passionate about creating connections and collaborations, supporting likeminded therapists locally, and helping our professional community thrive together.’

This first meeting will be an informal, non-CPD session at Sarah’s Salon in the Pensfold Shopping Centre, Gains Park, Shrewsbury. It will be a great chance to meet, chat, and start the conversation about what everyone would like to get out of the new group.

Who looks after you?

A gentle reminder for those of us in complementary practice to take care of our own health and well-being.

It is essential part of our professional role to understand the importance of what we do and why. Today I was reminded of what it feels like to be a client in my own therapy room and I valued every minute of my therapy time.

Thank you Amy from for taking good care of me. I had an Indian head massage and an Eve Taylor Facial. The therapies worked very well together.

I could feel the tension I was holding in upper back and jaw leave my body, I was left feeling totally relaxed ☺️

I have rebooked and I will make space for myself more often. x
