As most of you know, I have a marketing job with a swimming franchise a few times a week and fair few of us across the network have signed up to ’s BIG SWIM 🏊♀️
We all need to swim 15km in September & raise over £150 each towards the cause and help others in need!

Hello, you beautiful lot 💛
After such a lovely few weeks in the studio, I felt like it was time for a little check-in.
It’s been a while since I’ve posted anything other than availability, and the truth is that at the start of this year, I was struggling more than I let on.
I was showing up every day, doing my best, but behind the scenes I felt like I’d lost a lot of myself. I was overwhelmed, questioning things, and there were moments when I genuinely wondered whether I wanted to continue with LL at all.
Thankfully, over the last few months, things have slowly started to change.
This week especially has reminded me why I love what I do. I’ve spent my days with incredible women, sharing laughs, tears, stories, life updates and all the little moments in between. Some of you have been with me for years, and some of you are brand new, but every single one of you has played a part in helping me fall back in love with myself & my job.
What many of you probably don’t realise is that these appointments help me just as much as they help you.
There are days I walk into work feeling low, stressed or exhausted, and I leave feeling lighter because of the people I get to spend my days with.
So this is simply a thank you 🫶🏼
Thank you for your loyalty, your support, your kindness and for continuing to trust me.
I don’t take any of it for granted, and I appreciate every single one of you more than you’ll ever know 💕
