The Himalayan Salt Stone Massage is a therapeutic treatment that involves the use of heated Himalayan salt stones in combination with traditional massage techniques. These stones are carved from natural Himalayan pink salt crystals and are warmed before being used during the massage.

This treatment promotes relaxation, alleviates muscle tension, and provides an array of health benefits. As the warmed stones are glided over the body, they transmit heat to the skin, helping to ease muscle tension and stress.

Similar to traditional Basalt Stones, Himalayan Salt Stones can be used over the entire body. Not only does it deliver superb thermotherapy, Himalayan salt is known to contain 84 trace minerals. These minerals are very helpful for the human body. When the body is massaged with the Himalayan Salt Stones, these minerals are absorbed into the body, helping to replenish the loss of these minerals from the body.

Himalayan Salt Stones are also helpful in detoxifying the skin, making it feel smoother and nourished as it is exfoliated by the stone.
