This before & after shows the result of nose filler (non-surgical rhinoplasty).
The aim wasn’t to completely change the nose, but to create a smoother, more balanced profile and refine the appearance of the nose while keeping the result natural.
💉 Dermal filler can sometimes be used to:

• Improve symmetry and balance
• Enhance overall facial harmony
The key is knowing when less is more. Every nose is different, and treatment isn’t suitable for everyone, which is why a thorough consultation is essential.

JOWLS DON’T ALWAYS NEED FILLER 👇
When we notice jowls, our first thought can be: “I need filler here.”
But sometimes, adding more volume isn’t actually the best way to improve the appearance of the lower face.
Jowling can be influenced by:
• Loss of skin elasticity
• Changes in facial fat compartments
• Mid-face volume loss
• Reduced collagen and elastin
• Skin laxity through the jawline and neck
• Changes to the underlying structure as we age
And that’s why I don’t believe in a one-treatment-fits-all approach.
Depending on what I’m seeing during your consultation, alternatives to simply adding filler may include:
✨ Collagen-stimulating treatments – to improve skin quality and firmness over time
✨ Radiofrequency treatments – to target laxity and encourage collagen remodelling
✨ Microneedling / RF microneedling – for skin tightening, texture and collagen stimulation
✨ Skin boosters / regenerative treatments – where improving skin quality is the priority
✨ Strategic treatment of the mid-face – sometimes supporting the areas above the jowl can create a more balanced lift and contour
✨ Combination treatments – because sometimes the best result comes from improving skin quality AND structure rather than simply adding volume
And sometimes… filler may be appropriate.
The important thing is understanding why the jowl is there before deciding what to put into it.
More filler doesn’t always mean more lifting — and adding volume where it isn’t needed can sometimes make the lower face look heavier.
My approach is always:
Assess first. Treat second.
Because the goal isn’t to make you look like you’ve had something done.
It’s to help you look refreshed, balanced and like yourself. 🤍

Natural results? Yes, please. 🤍
Do we want natural-looking results? Absolutely. And so did my lovely client.
She didn’t want anyone to know she had cheek filler. She simply wanted to look a little fresher, more rested and subtly refreshed — without looking “done”.
So rather than adding lots of volume, we focused on small, carefully placed amounts of filler to restore and gently enhance her natural facial structure.
