SHE CAME IN ASKING FOR MORE NOSE FILLER. I SAID NO — AND HERE’S WHY.

On assessment, there was already significant migration, superficial product and excess bulk through the bridge. This is what can create that heavy “avatar nose” appearance, where the bridge becomes bulky and poorly defined rather than clean and sculpted.

Adding more filler on top would have only added more volume, and we would never have achieved the result she actually wanted.

So we dissolved first.

Once I had her natural anatomy back and a completely clean canvas, I could use my own non-surgical rhinoplasty technique to properly reshape the nose, creating bridge height, sharper definition, refining and lifting the tip, and camouflaging the hump to create a much cleaner profile.

More filler is not always the answer. Knowing when NOT to inject is just as important as knowing how to inject.

This is why assessment and technique matter. I specialise in non-surgical rhinoplasty and treating noses that need more than simply “a bit more filler.”

NON-SURGICAL RHINOPLASTY — STRATEGIC PROFILE CORRECTION ✨

This isn’t a case of simply “adding filler to the nose.” Every placement has a purpose.

For this transformation, I assessed the profile as a whole and used strategic product placement to change the way light, contour and projection travel through the nose.

I worked on:
• camouflaging the dorsal irregularity
• creating a smoother, more continuous dorsal line
• correcting the supratip transition
• increasing tip projection
• creating more upward tip rotation
• improving the overall relationship between the bridge and tip

With non-surgical rhinoplasty, millimetres matter. The difference between simply adding volume and actually reshaping a profile comes down to assessment, placement and understanding exactly where support is needed.

A small amount of carefully placed product can completely change the architecture of the side profile. ✨
