Hairdressers you need this exercise it’s so helpful

Poor posture is something we see all too often, with rounded backs becoming more & more common Sitting at a desk all day hunched over will not only cause pain longterm, but also puts added pressure on your spine A strength building move like a seated row is a great exercise to build strength through your upper and mid back, giving the spine a protective barrier and improving posture #knowle #dorridge #solihull #personaltraining

Fight, flight or freeze — that’s the reality of life in survival mode for the animals of Ukraine. And because they can’t fight against missiles and drones, they usually try to escape or hide. russia’s attacks kill numerous animals. And many more get traumatized by explosions, both physically and mentally 💔 Ukrainians do their best to protect their beloved cats and dogs. When possible, they take them to bomb shelters, talk to them, hug them and wrap the blanket around them to help their nervous system calm down. No one should live like this. And while people can at least understand what exactly is going on, and fight back as soldiers, animals often end up depending on humans to survive the atrocities of war. russia is responsible for all these losses and suffering. Support Ukraine’s resistance and spread the word about russia’s war crimes!

Oleshky, Ukraine. 2026. Around 2,000 people are trapped in this town under Russian occupation. No food deliveries since May. No electricity. No gas. No medicine. Roads are mined. There is no evacuation. People are eating grass to survive. This is not a movie. This is not history. This is happening right now, in the 21st century, in the middle of Europe. The world is silent. Don’t be. 🔁 Repost this to your stories. One share can reach someone who can help. — Oleszki, Ukraina. 2026. Około 2000 osób jest uwięzionych w mieście pod rosyjską okupacją. Od maja nie dociera tam jedzenie. Brak prądu. Brak gazu. Brak leków. Drogi są zaminowane. Nie ma ewakuacji. Ludzie jedzą trawę, żeby przeżyć. To nie film. To nie historia.
