I have a couple of Upcoming Appointment Requests, however Please NOTE if a Booking Fee has been requested but NOT Been Paid then your Appointment is NOT SECURED.
A Gentle Reminder Of My Policy 👇👇
🏴 SALON POLICY🏴
◼️BOOKING FEES
I require a Non Refundable Booking Fee to secure all bookings, this is deducted off your overall treatment price on the day of your appointment.
Please note, your appointment will NOT be confirmed until a Booking Fee has been paid.
◼️LATENESS
I allow a 15mins grace period if you are running late, however please try to show up to your appointments on time. As I offer a variety of treatments, I always allow myself enough time to tidy up and prep for my next treatment/client. By you arriving 10/15 mins late puts me behind for my next client, so.......if you arrive late (depending on what treatment your booked in for) may result in your session being cut short however full payment will still need to be made.
◼️ RESCHEDULING YOUR APPOINTMENTS
If you need to amend your appointment and you have pre paid for a Course of Treatments/Special Offer(s) or paid the Booking Fee.........I will allow the Treatment/Session or Booking Fee to be transferred to a different date once only (as long as 48hrs notice has been given). Less than 48hrs notice will result in you loosing that Treatment/Session or Booking Fee.
◼️CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOWS
A 48hr notice policy is in place. Any appointments cancelled in this timeframe will result in the loss of Booking Fee/Treatment.
Any appointments cancelled on the day or No Shows will result in 100% of the appointment cost and no new Booking will be made until this is paid.
I do understand that there may be times where last minute cancellations cannot be helped and I will always take this into consideration before enforcing the policy, however due to being a small, independent business, I hope you can understand that last minute cancellations can have a big impact.

By paying a Booking Fee, you confirm you have read, understood and agree to this policy, including any cancellation & no show fees.

Pre Raffle I will also go LIVE and be placing ticket numbers onto the prizes. The ticket numbers will be pulled out of a bowl 🥣 and placed onto the item that I showcase before I pull out a number.
So for example..
I have a bottle of something 🍾 and pull out ticket number 7, then this ticket will be placed on that item and on the day the 7th ticket to be pulled out with that persons name on wins that prize.
