Your well-being is important ⚖️

Having a balanced life is important and supports your well-being, a balanced lifestyle helps you cope with life’s ups and downs, equips you with the ability to deal with stress, make healthy choices, and live a fulfilling life. It is also essential for your mental health as it helps you deal with negative emotions and thoughts. In addition, having a balanced life can help you manage every day challenges and still have space, time, and freedom for what matters. Sometimes it's not exercise we need…
Sometimes we simply need somewhere to belong.
Our Tuesday Tai Chi mornings have become much more than a class.
People arrive as strangers...
They leave smiling, chatting and looking forward to next week.
Movement.
Fresh air.
Laughter.
Conversation.
Friendship.
We also have Friday morning sessions due to demand.
Join us in one of Buckinghamshire's most beautiful woodland settings.

Five Signs Your Body Needs More Movement – Not More Rest
Feeling stiff after sitting?
Balance not what it used to be?
Everyday activities starting to feel harder?
Sometimes our first thought is “I need to rest.” But sometimes our body may actually be asking us to move more.
In our latest WALX South Lincs blog, I look at five simple signs and why I believe we should start:
Thinking movement, not exercise.
🚶 Small steps can make a big difference.

We Haven’t Even Advertised Yet… and 8 of Our 12 Places Are Already Taken!
We’ve been preparing to launch our new Life Balance Beginners’ Tai Chi Qigong group in Moulton, starting in October
Before we’ve even advertised the group, 8 of the 12 available places have already been booked.
That tells us there may be more people locally looking for a gentle and welcoming way to improve their movement, balance, confidence and wellbeing.
So, rather than simply advertising the remaining four places, we’re considering adding a second beginners’ session in Moulton.

You don’t need to be fit, flexible or have any previous Tai Chi experience. This is a genuine beginners’ group where you can learn at your own pace.
Would you be interested?
Message me “MOULTON TAI CHI and I’ll send you the details and add you to our interest list.

Many thanks 🙏

A fantastic walk this morning and great conversation and coffee. It’s all about keeping people connected.

What if your weekly walk became something you genuinely looked forward to? A walk along the Coronation Channel and back to Ollie's at Unique Cottage and Cafe for great coffee.
A good walk is not about how many miles you cover, or how fast. It’s about the people you walk with, this is a very friendly group. Come for the walk you might just stay for the friendship.

Stay Strong. Stay Steady. Stay Independent.
Could one hour a week help you stay independent for years to come?
As we get older, many of us notice small changes.
Perhaps our balance isn't quite as good as it once was.
Maybe we feel a little stiffer getting out of a chair or less confident walking on uneven ground.
The good news is that it's never too late to do something about it.
Tai Chi is one of the gentlest and most effective ways to improve balance, posture, strength and confidence, all while reducing stress and helping you move more freely.
Our classes are relaxed, friendly and suitable for complete beginners.
No pressure.
No competition.
Just supportive movement at your own pace.
Come and discover why so many people say they leave feeling calmer, stronger and happier than when they arrived.
