The purchase of a single pumpkin candle has shifted the whole mood and aesthetic in Corporal Cuts barber shop Aultbea 🎃, Autumn is upon us and I have to say a big thankyou again!! Today is my fullest day to date with 10 bookings!!

I have opened up slots on friday afternoon/evening incase you fancy a last min trim before a big night out or you just fancy a smarten up for the weekend ❤️🎉🎃

With the steady number of bookings coming in it really does give me a warm and fuzzy feeling that I must be doing something right!

Can't beat living in the highlands.... had a wee break from barbering and took a gander down to the pier see my two uncles on the boat I used to shoot creels on when I was 15, and all through my teens.

I remember begging them to help and getting up at 4am to sit in the back of the pick up all the way to Dundonnell between slabs of defrosting bait!!

This customer wanted a slightly unique fade haircut.... (not often requested) he didn't want skin at the bottom of his cut, just a little hair left.

(And for all of you who don't know the barber lingo) *took me a while to cotton on too*

A fade haircut is a style where the hair on the sides and back of the head gradually blends from longer lengths on top down to very short hair or bare skin. It creates a smooth, seamless gradient rather than a sudden change in length and is pretty popular amongst the youth!

The lovely new owners of the Ocean View come to the shop as a package! And that includes Carly who had no qualms with me giving her a fringe and a chop!! ❤️🥂✂️
