Alchemy Circle Soundbath

Need a little confidence boost with a skill you’ve already worked so hard to achieve?

Sometimes we embark on an exciting new skill, put in the hard work, complete our training and proudly achieve our certificate… and then life happens!

Time passes, confidence fades, and before you know it, you’re wondering whether you still remember everything you learned.

But often, all you need is a little advice, practice and reassurance to remind you that those skills are still there …you can do it! 🙌🏻

I’ll be offering refresher courses on a one-to-one basis, or for two people together, designed to help you rebuild your confidence and get back to doing what you trained so hard to achieve.

Perhaps there’s just one particular element you don’t feel completely confident with whether that’s aromatherapy blending, reflexology, massage, or another part of your training. A little recap and hands-on practice could be all you need to feel ready to move forward again.

There’s no judgement and no pressure just time to revisit your skills, ask questions, practise and gain that confidence back.

If you feel like your skills have been sitting on the shelf for a while and you’d love a little refresher, get in touch for a chat. I’d love to help you get your confidence back. 💕
