✨ A little reminder of our salon cancellation policy ✨

Firstly, we just want to say a huge thank you to all of our lovely clients for your continued support — we truly appreciate every single appointment booked with us 🤍

As a small business, last minute cancellations and no-shows can have a big impact on our salon, especially when we are unable to fill the appointment at such short notice. Our appointment slots are our income, and we always do our best to accommodate everyone fairly.

We kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment. Appointments cancelled within less than 24 hours will result in full payment being required.
