Now that I have had some time away and had chance to take a minute after the abuse I have received over a small misunderstanding, I would like to do a quick post to explain my side because I haven't had chance to do so yet.

Recently, my CPD Accreditations were temporarily halted due to a mix-up with the company which I wasn't notified by them at the time. This issue was resolved the moment I was made aware of the problem and I can confirm all CPD Certificates have always been valid since the date of issue.

Alongside this, I had company structural issues with the shop after spending all of the money on it, it is not fit for purpose so I had to rearrange some training and left me no choice but to close the shop.

The messages and abuse I have received due to this is absolutely discusting. I probably haven't dealt with it in the correct way and I hold my hands up to this, but I hit my breaking point but I have now had time to recover from this and I want things to get back on track after all of this hassle.

99% of my students have attended and completed their training, and the one remaining student is just waiting to start training. For people to say I have 'ripped people off' is just slanderous and untrue. All of my clients know how much I go out of my way to help them, whether its giving out free treatments, free training or donating vouchers to good causes.

Now that all of my students have been contacted and sorted, I have made this post to draw a line under it as I am not continuing this anymore and I will be getting on with my job and getting back into work and ignoring any negativity for my own health and wellbeing.
