Important Update About Our Gel Products
We want to share an important update with you all.

After 8 loyal years using the same gel brand, we recently discovered that the company changed their ingredients without informing their nail professionals.

Over the past few months, we have been extremely stressed trying to figure out why we were suddenly experiencing lifting and chipping issues, as this is never the standard we accept for our clients.

After a lot of investigation, we now understand that the product formula had changed — and unfortunately, we were not made aware of it. We feel incredibly let down after so many years of loyalty.

As a result, we have made the difficult but necessary decision to rebrand our gel system. We are currently trialling a new range of builder gels, base coats and top coats, and will gradually be transitioning all colour products as well.

This change is both stressful and very costly for us, but maintaining the quality, longevity and health of your nails is our absolute priority. Switching brands is a big step and, honestly, a little scary — but we are committed to doing everything possible to ensure your nails are back to the perfect standard you expect from us.

We kindly ask for your patience during this transition period. Your support truly means the world to us, and we promise we are working hard behind the scenes to make this change as smooth as possible.
