When you make a booking, you are agreeing to the terms of my appointment policy. I kindly ask that you read and familiarise yourself with it once your reminder has been sent.

This policy is in place to help ensure the smooth running of my business and to respect the time of all clients. As a sole trader, your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated.

⏰ Late Arrival Policy
Clients who arrive more than 10 minutes late may experience a shortened service, a delayed start, or may need to be rescheduled to a later time or even date . This ensures all clients receive quality service and the schedule stays on time.

📅 Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Love Cuts by Christine requires 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling.
• Appointments canceled or changed with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a late cancellation fee.
• No-call / no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost and must be paid before rebooking.
